How to filter data

You can filter the data by following these steps.

• Using the pre-made filter templates..
  1. Click the filter icon.
     
  2. Choose a filter template. There is a description on what does the filter do. Then click the Apply
     
     
     
  3. In this example, the ticket lists now shows all the tickets.
