On boarding tutorial for the first time user of the app

We added a simple AI to guide the user when using the application. Whenever you see a red blinking beacon   you can click it to start the guide.

You can navigate to next item by click the button back, next, or the X at top upper right to close it.

Once you saw all tutorial item, that red-blinking-beacon won't disturb you again, it will not be seen again. But for some reason that you want view again the on-boarding tutorial, just clean the cache (here is how to do it using Chrome), including the localstorage, then logout again
