Adding signature to the delivery for v1.31 (web) and v1.17 (mobile)

The driver now can ask for the signature for plant manager or anyone that is authorize to sign for manifest for milk delivery.

-When adding/modifying delivery from the mobile app, there is the option to sign

This signature will be used for the manifest delivery plant
