How the TotalMilk customers can pay their invoice online

You can now pay your monthly invoice online using CreditCard, US Banks (ACH) using our Stripe as payment gateway

Here are the steps (You can click the image to enlarge it)

1. Whenever there is un-paid invoice, you will see a banner and PayNow button from the top of payroll.totalmilk.com

2. Clicking it will navigate you to the invoice page and will allow you to pay it online. You can pay it via Credit Card, US Bank (ACH), or Bank Transfers.

3.  If you use credit card, fill up the necessary information and click the Pay Now button

4. If you pay it via US Bank (ACH), you need to agree the terms and condition, login to your selected bank account, and click the Pay button (see images below). Some banks required verification step so you need to follow it too.

If it is your first time to pay with the Bank Account with PCM Leasing Inc, some banks do 3D Secure authentication. Verification steps varies from bank to bank, some send text messages, some sends microdeposits and uses the code/numbers from your bank statements to verify. If the method of your bank is sending microdeposits, your email should received a message with a subject Confirmation of direct debit authorization for PCM LEASING INC. It contains a link on how to do a verification; upon clicking it, you will be redirected to a page similar below
